Finance & Strategy Manager – Support Operations & Quality

📋 Description

• Own and develop cost models across regions with robust methods and clean inputs.
• Lead weekly/monthly performance reviews by synthesising OKRs, financials and ops metrics for leadership.
• Partner with Support Operations and Workforce Management to plan capacity, scheduling and costs.
• Design and maintain allocation keys and cost attribution logic across local/SSC/outsourced setups.
• Run variance analyses vs budget; explain root causes and quantify impact of actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in finance/strategy/analytics, preferably in operations-heavy or customer support; IB background preferred.
• Strong Excel/Sheets modelling; BI tools and SQL/Looker/Snowflake a plus.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear stories and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Operations, WFM, Product, Regional Finance).
• Comfort with ambiguity; able to structure problems and iterate with limited data.
