📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Enablement to integrate Workforce Apps into GTM.
• Create and deliver sales plays, ROI insights, and customer stories to empower partners and teams.
• Ensure Workforce Applications demos align with prospect and customer needs.
• Distill domain expertise into crisp sales tactics for the Sales Team.
• Provide ongoing education via market insights and use cases for customer discovery.
• Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence to differentiate positioning; update battlecards.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable understanding of Anaplan's platform and its application to solve complex business challenges.
• Deep domain knowledge of workforce planning, headcount management, organizational design, HR transformation, talent strategy, and HR performance solutions.
• Understanding of product management, GTM operations, and enablement.
• Proven experience in consultative selling or strategic advisory roles in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with ability to lead workshops and enablement programs.
• A results-driven mindset with strong cross-team collaboration and impact.
