Finance Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Day-to-day administration of finance systems and connected apps
• Supporting user access, configurations, workflows, saved searches, custom records, and integrations
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
• Use AI tools to automate tasks and reduce manual workload
• Ensure financial integrity including inventory valuation, GL mappings, and reporting outputs
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and tech teams

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP
• Chartered Accountant (or working towards CA) or degree in Accounting or Finance
• AI tools or motivation to learn
• Ability to spot inefficiencies and propose solutions
• Fast learner, 1-2 years into career
• Understanding of financial impact of system changes
