Finance Systems and Automation Manager

📋 Description

• Own NetSuite ERP lifecycle: architecture, config, integrations, roadmap for GL/AP/AR.
• Drive end-to-end O2C and P2P processes; close gaps with upstream systems.
• Identify automation opportunities; deploy AI agents to replace manual finance processes.
• Establish controls with data governance and SLAs for SOX audit readiness.
• Partner with Finance, Ops, IT, and Eng to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and third-party integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years NetSuite ERP administration across multiple modules.
• End-to-end financial workflows: AP, AR, GL, month-end close, consolidation.
• Experience with AI/LLM technologies and automation in finance.
• Strong analytical skills and data accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management with finance leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Accounting, or Finance; fast-paced experience.
