Finance Systems and FP&A Manager (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Improve finance data landscape; reduce manual touchpoints and scale reporting.
• Connect finance systems and data across Chargebee, Salesforce, DATEV, Xero.
• Own accounting actuals, management reporting, forecasting and models.
• Automate monthly reporting, cash forecasting, actuals consolidation, KPI monitoring.
• Design integrations, APIs and finance tooling to reduce manual exports.
• Help shape a finance function where smart systems enable insights and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in FP&A/finance data roles in SaaS with ARR, MRR, churn.
• Strong FP&A fundamentals: modelling, forecasting, budgeting, variance, reporting.
• Experience improving finance systems, integrations, or automation; API/ERP projects.
• Builder mindset with curiosity for how finance, data and systems orchestrate.
• Advanced Excel; large datasets, complex models, pivots and queries.
• Fluent English; German a plus.
