📋 Description

• Assist with the day-to-day administration, user management, and role permissioning for NetSuite
• Author, organize, and maintain clear system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Design training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for internal employees on financial
• Field internal user support tickets, troubleshoot access issues, and help resolve system-related
• Collaborate with the Finance team to test platform updates, new feature rollouts, and system
• Help identify operational inefficiencies and suggest automated or system-driven solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Graduating with or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Strong technical aptitude with an interest in systems administration, process mapping, and
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate technical concepts into
• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• Passion for supporting mission-critical systems and scaling operations at a high-growth startup
