Finance Systems Lead, International

📋 Description

• Lead the international finance systems agenda for the Dublin finance hub and other international
• Shape the international vision and strategy with business owners and US product owners, map process
• Build trusted relationships with local finance, accounting, tax, and treasury leaders, and work
• Shape international design decisions with the relevant product owners, build for patterns rather
• Drive delivery of international priorities with the relevant product owners, including multi-book
• Lead business systems analysts, contractors, and implementation partners across time zones

🎯 Requirements

• Have 10+ years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or finance transformation
• Have led a multi-country ERP or finance systems program from requirements through go-live and into
• Have worked in multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-GAAP environments, including statutory
• Have working depth across at least three of Record to Report, order to cash and revenue, Procure to
• Possess a strong understanding of financial accounting under US GAAP and IFRS, including general
• Have strong systems design judgment: you build for patterns, know what good architecture looks
