Finance Systems Lead (Portugal)

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary GTM Systems partner for Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams across
• Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce and across our GTM stack that improve pipeline
• Triage and prioritize incoming requests, separating system issues from process and training issues
• Keep our Salesforce org healthy as we scale by reducing technical debt and strengthening data
• Identify where AI can improve GTM workflows, and help build and scale AI-powered automation that
• Partner with the global GTM Systems team on cross-regional initiatives and shared standards

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9 years in Business Systems, CRM Operations, Sales Operations or RevOps Systems roles
• Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience; you can design, build and maintain complex configuration on
• Experience administering the broader GTM application stack that connects to the CRM
• Strong understanding of GTM processes, such as lead management and routing, opportunity management
• A track record of owning systems end to end in-house at a B2B or SaaS company, with business
• AI fluency: you use AI tools in your day-to-day work and have a clear point of view on where AI can
