Finance Systems Software Engineer - AI

📋 Description

• Design, build and deploy finance automations using enterprise AI tools, including Claude, and own
• Track native AI capabilities across NetSuite and our EPM tool, recommending what’s worth adopting
• Partner with FP&A, accounting and Finance Systems to scope opportunities around real problems
• Occasionally reprioritise to build a quick tool, script or automation that gets finance unblocked
• Contribute to broader finance systems work, including platform upgrades, NetSuite’s evolving AI and
• Work with the Senior Manager, Finance Systems, on scope and priorities, bringing your own judgement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping automation or AI-powered tools into production and supporting them once live
• Some background or genuine interest in accounting and finance, with a willingness to help during
• A good feel for where AI helps a process and where it just adds noise
• A track record of owning work from scoping and testing through to delivery and maintenance
• Comfort with a role that’s still taking shape—you’ll help define it
• Strong communication skills and patience with people who don’t speak your technical language
