Own Finance systems end-to-end (implementations, integrations, data integrity)
Drive roadmap aligning with business priorities and scale toward IPO readiness
Bridge Finance and technical teams; translate requirements into scalable solutions
Lead integrations and data governance to ensure SOX-ready controls
Modernize processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in Finance Systems/Transformation in high-growth tech
Deep Finance process knowledge (R2R, O2C, P2P, Treasury)
Enterprise system implementations; cross-functional leadership
Strong data skills: SQL, API integrations, dbt, data movement
Experience with NetSuite; Stripe, Ramp, Workday, CaptivateIQ a plus
