Finance Transformation Director

📋 Description

• Own the finance side of ERP from BRD to cutover, incl. post-cutover reporting.
• Be Airalo’s primary counterpart to SI and delivery partners, ensuring quality and pace.
• Lead design across finance value chain: revenue, COGS, intercompany, close.
• Own the transformation roadmap and governance (SteerCo), manage stakeholders and adoption.
• Engineer and automate core processes: O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A; shorten month-end.
• Deliver dashboards and driver-based forecasting with a single source of truth.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in finance with a track record leading large-scale finance transformation.
• Led ERP implementation end-to-end as finance lead (SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics).
• Deep process re-engineering and automation across O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A.
• Strong controllership and controls background (SOX / SOX-lite, ITGC, audit readiness).
• Program and change-management discipline; can run multi-workstream roadmaps.
• Qualified accountant (CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Big 4/consulting background.
