• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education in Finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance, financial systems, business process
• At least 2 years of leadership experience, either managing people or leading processes, projects
• Strong financial domain expertise with the ability to translate complex business requirements into
• Demonstrated ability to influence business stakeholders, build alignment, and drive results across
