📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end assessment and redesign of finance processes
• Define future-state operating models
• Identify automation opportunities
• Maintain alignment between process, data, controls, systems, and organizational responsibilities
• Translate business needs into process maps, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance
• Embed SOX requirements into transformed processes and systems by designing and documenting key

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance systems, management consulting, process
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes
• Experience translating process-owner needs into process maps, functional requirements, user
• Experience with SOX control design and operation
• Experience managing complex projects or programs through the software development lifecycle using
• Experience leading change management and adoption activities
