Finance Transformation Manager

📋 Description

• Own the finance requirements for the development of our leasing and billing platform, ensuring it
• Translate complex finance processes into clear, testable requirements that engineering and product
• Design and build new finance processes end to end and hand them over so they run reliably without
• Identify and remove manual BAU work across Financial Operations, Financial Control, FP&A
• Lead the practical deployment of AI (we use Claude Enterprise) to automate repetitive finance
• Work collaboratively across Finance, Data, Product and Operations on problems that don’t sit neatly

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in consulting, finance transformation, finance systems, or finance-technology
• Experience shaping requirements for, implementing or advising on finance systems that connect
• A consulting or internal-consulting background, with clear evidence of getting up to speed on
• The ability to translate finance needs into requirements technology and product teams can build from
