Finance Transformation Programme Lead

📋 Description

• Own the single integrated plan across the FY27 finance transformation programmes.
• Set sequencing and priorities across each quarter, making dependencies, decision points, delivery
• Coordinate delivery across programmes so that teams can plan effectively and issues are addressed
• Work closely with the Senior ERP Manager to align demand with offshore build capacity.
• Own the finance integration plan for each acquisition from Day 1 readiness through to handover.
• Coordinate entity onboarding, chart of accounts mapping, close activities and related finance

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex finance transformation, ERP or business change programmes.
• Strong programme planning and dependency management skills across multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing acquisition or entity integrations, ideally from Day 1 through to operational
• The confidence to work with senior stakeholders, country finance teams, vendors and delivery teams.
• A track record of identifying risks early and recovering delivery when plans move off track.
• Highly structured, outcome-focused and comfortable managing ambiguity.
