Finance Transformation Programme Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the integrated delivery plan across FY27 finance transformation programmes
• Deliver acquisition integrations from Day 1 readiness through to handover
• Coordinate entity onboarding, chart of accounts mapping, close activities and related finance
• Maintain the portfolio RAID log and ensure risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies have clear
• Identify slippage early and drive recovery within agreed tolerances
• Escalate when thresholds are crossed, including proposing recovery plans or a re-baseline to the

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex finance transformation, ERP or business change programmes
• Strong programme planning and dependency management skills across multiple workstreams
• Experience managing acquisition or entity integrations, ideally from Day 1 through to operational
• Confidence to work with senior stakeholders, country finance teams, vendors and delivery teams
• Track record of identifying risks early and recovering delivery when plans move off track
• Highly structured, outcome-focused and comfortable managing ambiguity
