Finance Transformation Specialist

📋 Description

• Drive workflow enhancement and automation across finance processes (ERP, integration, RPA, AI).
• Collaborate with Finance, Tech, and other teams to implement transformation projects and support adoption.
• Analyze and document current finance workflows; design future-state processes.
• Define KPIs and provide data-driven insights to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate finance systems and tools to ensure data visibility and efficient operations.

🎯 Requirements

• English fluency (written and verbal) to partner across distributed teams.
• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, or quantitative field.
• 2+ years in accounting, finance, or transformation in tech or multinational shared services.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; proficient with MS/Google tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, Workday and modern data architecture (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Hands-on experience with or quick learner of automation/ETL/BI tools (Workato, UiPath, Alteryx, Hex, Thoughtspot).
• Ability to use SQL or Python to extract data, audit workflows, and build insights.
• Analytical mindset; able to identify inefficiencies and craft practical solutions.
