Ensure accurate records and compliance with Polish accounting standards and tax regulations.
Process and review invoices, expenses, accruals, journals, and GL in ERP.
Support month-end and year-end closings, including accruals, journals, reconciliations.
Review payroll calculations and liaise with payroll providers for accurate processing.
Review VAT and CIT calculations and assist with statutory tax returns.
Prepare and review payment runs: AP, payroll, taxes, reimbursements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related.
Minimum 3 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
Knowledge of Polish accounting regulations and VAT/CIT.
Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
Experience with ERP systems (Enova experience is an asset).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
