Financial Advisor, Sweden

📋 Description

• Meet and engage clients remotely via video, chat, and email to guide budgeting, retirement readiness, and more
• Advise on and adapt LearnLux methodology to Nordic region planning topics (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark)
• Participate in regular team meetings to share expertise and improve the LearnLux digital experience
• Become an expert on client benefit plans to act as an extension of their team during open enrollment
• Collaborate with the content team to outline, review, and approve content for the LearnLux platform
• Lead engagement campaigns for employer partners, including digital webinars and occasional on-site events

🎯 Requirements

• An active CFP, CFA or similar designation
• Fluent English and Swedish — written and spoken
• Passion for educating individuals to take control of their finances
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with input from multiple teams
• Experience in retirement, equity compensation, budgeting, and planning
• Nice to have: Fluency in Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish
