Financial Advisory Manager

📋 Description

• Support clients with startup finance: KPI tracking, board prep, fundraising.
• Build investor-grade financial models and forecasts for planning.
• Help clients build financial plans for management and investor relations.
• Analyze client results and write executive reports for C-Suite.
• Identify KPIs to ensure proper monitoring.
• Assist airCFO in expanding the practice and developing new products.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in financial analysis, investment banking, consulting, or tech startups.
• 4+ years hands-on Excel/Sheets modeling, data analysis and forecasting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex topics.
• Ability to prospect and market new services to existing/potential accounts.
• Basic knowledge of GAAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Independent, entrepreneurial thinker with startup passion and multi-hat.
