Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for executives and the board
• Assists in the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Maintain long-term model for strategic planning
• Conduct financial analysis to help drive strategic decision making
• Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Monitor KPIs and assist in providing analysis on various metrics
• Partner across departments to analyze customer and sales data, margins, capacity planning
• Assist with ad hoc strategic analysis and reporting requests from various departments throughout the company

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent is required
• 1-2+ years in strategic finance, investment banking, PE or consulting
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Extensive experience with large data sets and financial modeling
• Self-starter with interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
