Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as primary finance liaison and strategic partner with business partners.
• Provide ongoing financial guidance, scenario modeling, and analytics for key initiatives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for newly acquired businesses; highlight trends and risks.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for tech and consumer pillars.
• Implement a budgeting and forecasting tool.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and ad hoc analyses for leaders and executives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or public accounting.
• Proven ability to partner with business and translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, formulas) and financial modeling.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience with business systems (PowerBI, Coupa, NetSuite) is a plus.
