Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining and updating monthly financial models, rolling forecasts, and annual budget
• Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes by performing budget-vs-actual variance
• Prepare and distribute routine financial reporting packages and operational dashboards for
• Partner with Accounting on expense tracking and with HR to track headcount updates against budget.
• Gather and clean data to support strategic analyses, including provider capacity planning, clinical
• Assist in testing, implementing, and maintaining FP&A software and Business Intelligence (BI)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting (strong
• Core proficiency in Microsoft Excel (familiarity with formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and
• Foundational understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize financial data
• Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
