Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with the Growth team to build provider pitch decks and financial cases for network
• Evaluate provider deals and other strategic opportunities, including revenue, contribution margin
• Build business cases and financial models for new initiatives and partnerships.
• Rebuild and continuously optimize Chamber's provider performance model, including incentive
• Build market-level P&Ls and support how Chamber pays providers, support, and admin staff.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes, including scenario and sensitivity

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, along with a working
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, or investment banking
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and the ability to translate complex analysis into a clear
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to build, refine, or stress-test financial models and
• Based in Nashville, Tennessee, with the ability to work from the office one day per week.
