Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute recurring financial reports, dashboards, key performance
• Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, IT, and other business functions to
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close reporting through variance analysis and
• Maintain and leverage financial accounting and reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy and
• Assist with ad hoc financial analyses, executive presentations, and strategic initiatives as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting, Financial Planning
• Strong understanding of financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with accounting and reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion/Essbase, or similar ERP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial
