🎯 Requirements

• Graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between December 2026 and June 2027, preferably
• Strong desire to learn how to be a well-rounded multifamily investment, asset management, and
• Experience with MS Excel.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
