📋 Description

  • Manage the end-to-end sales compensation process, including administration of complex incentive
  • Report to Finance Manager.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data and reporting, in compliance
  • Act as a key finance partner to internal and external stakeholders, providing financial insight
  • Drive strong governance, controls, and continuous process improvement, proactively identifying

🎯 Requirements

  • 5 years of financial planning & analysis, sales operations or compensation experience gained in
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or Finance & Business or relevant numerate science.
