📋 Description

• Design, build, maintain incentive pay models for Sales & Post-Sales.
• Own recurring comp review cycles end-to-end; ensure timely payouts.
• Coordinate with external comp consultant; keep systems in sync.
• Serve as the go-to for inbound questions about pay and plan mechanics.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables for external partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-6 years of experience in finance, operations, accounting, or related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; build complex models and clean data.
• Detail-oriented and accurate; you catch things and double-check.
• Strong judgment and discretion handling sensitive compensation data.
• Interest in the 'Personerd' side of things; understand product problems.
