📋 Description

• Own end-to-end filing of FFIEC Call Reports and related bank filings with OCC/FDIC.
• Build and maintain the regulatory reporting framework, calendars, data sourcing, and controls.
• Interpret/apply FFIEC/OCC/FDIC/Fed instructions for BNPL regulatory reporting.
• Monitor regulatory reporting changes and update schedules and guidance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to source data and ensure GAAP-regulatory consistency.
• Support regulatory examinations with documentation and examiner inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in bank regulatory reporting; FFIEC Call Reports experience.
• Deep knowledge of FFIEC instructions, schedules, and capital calculations.
• Strong GAAP knowledge; ability to bridge GAAP with regulatory reporting.
• Experience building regulatory reporting processes and controls; Excel; regulatory software; automation.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CFA preferred; Claude/LLM experience.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration; audit/exam experience a plus.
