Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Conduct financial analyses of CRE assets (Manufactured Housing).
• Support prep of financial analyses and market data for client materials.
• Own analysis of P&L statements and rent rolls.
• Manage/update databases tracking investment sales activity and real estate metrics.
• Review industry surveys and trends; provide clear insights.
• Prepare and present analytical results with graphics and charts.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel modeling with VBA and complex formulas.
• CRE financial analysis and market data experience.
• Data analytics skills: demographics, competitors, and trends.
• Manage/update databases tracking investment sales activity and metrics.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to present results with visuals.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accuracy-focused.
