Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Own ongoing financial reporting and light ROI modeling.
• Track, analyze, and report department KPIs across the business.
• Build, maintain, and deliver the monthly leadership deck.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to validate data.
• Conduct margin analysis across service lines and programs.
• Own imputed income reporting and BI outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with financial models.
• Experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Omni, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM data.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a plus.
