Assist with monthly variance analyses comparing actuals to budgets and forecasts
Contribute to rolling forecasts, annual operating plan, and long-range projections
Analyze and report on SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, retention) for forecasting
Calculate monthly incentive compensation and streamline the process
Execute month- and quarter-end close activities and prepare internal/external reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity across systems

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field – accounting or finance preferred
1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Understanding of GAAP and financial statements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to draw insights and tell a story with business metrics
