Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Prepare financial reports, performance analysis, and actionable insights for key stakeholders and
• Support monthly financial reporting processes, including month-end activities, budgeting
• Maintain and improve financial reporting systems, including PBCS and monthly board reporting
• Analyse financial trends, variances, and operational results to identify risks, opportunities, and
• Contribute to statutory reporting requirements, cash flow analysis, capital expenditure (CapEx)
• Collaborate with the FP&A team on ad hoc reporting, financial analysis, and commercial projects

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or similar corporate finance role.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; NetSuite experience is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with complex financial data.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and data visualisation tools is
