Financial Analyst, Business F&S

📋 Description

• Own GB F&S monthly/quarterly reporting including headcount, opex, and forecast variance.
• Design and maintain dashboards and data packs for GB F&S leadership.
• Own headcount reporting and analytics within the GB F&S reporting suite.
• Establish a single source of truth across Workday, planning systems, and Oracle.
• Translate financial/workforce data into clear narratives for senior leaders.
• Automate recurring reporting workflows to improve scale and consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-14 years FP&A/Corporate Finance or financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Strong FP&A fundamentals: owned reporting cycles, built models, budgets and forecasts.
• Proven ability to standardize reporting processes with automation.
• Experience with headcount reporting and workforce analytics.
• Experience with Anaplan or similar planning tools; Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets with integrated models and scenario analysis.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear narratives for leaders.
