Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A

📋 Description

• Support company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Deliver strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders
• Align financial goals with business objectives to support informed decision-making
• Perform month-end close, reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting
• Build or maintain financial models
• Improve processes, automate recurring tasks, and make analyses more useful

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant FP&A experience
• Experience in Corporate Finance, G&A support, or a broader FP&A role
• Act like an owner mindset
• Solid foundation in core FP&A activities including month-end close, reporting, variance
• Exposure to annual planning and working knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong analytical skills and experience building or maintaining financial models
