Financial Analyst – Cultivation & Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Partner with cultivation and manufacturing teams to analyze financial performance, monitor costs
• Develop and maintain site-level budgets, forecasts, and financial models aligned with production
• Support monthly P&L reviews by preparing financial reports, analyzing performance drivers, and
• Perform variance analysis across labor, yields, overhead, production costs, and other operational
• Maintain and improve cultivation Grow Plans, incorporating yield assumptions, production cycles
• Analyze manufacturing costs, absorption costing, inventory, and capacity utilization to support

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), manufacturing finance
• Direct experience supporting manufacturing, production, or similar operational environments, with
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and P&L
• Strong Excel skills and a working knowledge of financial statements, cost accounting principles
• Experience working with ERP systems, financial reporting platforms, or business intelligence tools.
• Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data, identify trends, and communicate
