📋 Description

• Budgeting with stakeholders to set and manage dept budgets
• P&L monitoring: plan-vs-actual analysis, dashboards, variances explained
• Expense control: track dept spending and affiliate payments
• Model maintenance: update and support financial models
• Reporting: deliver weekly and monthly financial summaries
• Payments analysis and cross-functional support with CRM/affiliate

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in finance, audit, FP&A, or controlling
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, reconciliations
• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, proactive
• English: B1
