Financial Analyst (FP&A)

📋 Description

• Support FP&A processes, reporting, automation, and workflows.
• Perform monthly variance analysis (actuals vs budget/forecast).
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Partner with department leaders to understand drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models for planning.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Financial Analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling.
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets and financial models.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Experience with BI/ERP tools; NetSuite or similar a plus.
