Financial Analyst, FP&A

📋 Description

• Serve as Business Partner to Finance, Legal, HR, and Facilities to identify trends, risks, and
• Partner with G&A leaders to prepare Consolidated Actual vs. Forecast reporting for Billings
• Perform monthly financial close activities across the FP&A team; conduct variance analysis
• Deliver financial modeling, analysis, and analytical support, including cost-benefit analyses for
• Use AI (Claude) to identify and drive process improvements in financial management and reporting.
• Perform financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CA preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Data analytics skills with the ability to transform raw financial data into strategic insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems and financial modeling tools.
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
