Financial Analyst, FP&A Systems & Automation

📋 Description

• Own FP&A data architecture across NetSuite OneWorld, UKG, Carta, and more
• Maintain NOS feeds and data governance model
• Build pipelines and a single source of truth for actuals, plan, and driver data
• Design and maintain FP&A toolchain, dashboards, and reporting
• Drive AI and automation across FP&A workflows
• Define scalable FP&A processes and data standards

🎯 Requirements

• 0-3+ years FP&A, corporate finance, analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data or related field
• Advanced Excel and SQL or Python or BI tool Power BI
• Experience with NetSuite OneWorld, UKG, Carta, Primavera P6
• Familiarity with data models and APIs
• AI tools and automation experience in workflows
