Financial Analyst - FP&A-US shift

📋 Description

• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial analysis frameworks.
• Own FP&A reports and processes in India.
• Support HQ FP&A for month-end, quarter-end, and forecasting.
• Support annual budgeting process.
• Review and analyze financial metrics, statements, and key drivers.
• Collaborate with functional teams on financial guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5-8 years FP&A experience; MBA/CPA a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• MS Office/Google; NetSuite; Hyperion/Anaplan/Adaptive Planning a plus.
