Financial Analyst II

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
• Produce monthly and quarterly performance-to-plan analyses
• Identify drivers, risks, and opportunities in performance data
• Deliver executive-ready reports and dashboards
• Support automation and data structure improvements in reporting
• Translate financial insights into clear business recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or related role
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Strong analytical skills linking outcomes to operational drivers
• Partner with non-financial stakeholders and influence decisions
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling and data analysis
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship
