Financial Analyst II

📋 Description

• Serve as FP&A partner to Sales; provide financial guidance and insights.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to develop headcount plans.
• Own operating expense planning/forecasting for Sales, focusing on personnel costs.
• Own ACV forecast; track bookings and pipeline; report performance vs targets.
• Support month-end close; analyze variances; deliver reports.
• Build and maintain financial models for planning and scenarios.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Finance or FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative partner with cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, Pigment, Looker, or NetSuite is a plus.
