Financial Analyst II

📋 Description

• Serve as FP&A partner to Sales, providing financial guidance.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to build headcount plans.
• Own Sales Opex planning and forecasting (personnel and spend).
• Own ACV forecast by tracking bookings, pipeline trends, and drivers.
• Support month-end close with variance analysis and reporting.
• Build and maintain financial models for planning and scenario analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Finance/FP&A, SaaS/tech preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with competing priorities.
• Collaborative partner with strong cross-functional relationships.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and deliver insights.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, Looker, or NetSuite is a plus.
