📋 Description

• Playing a pivotal role in monthly revenue and commission close procedures, including preparing
• Collaborating with multiple departments to gather transaction information, investigate reconciling
• Managing account balances by reconciling, researching, and resolving discrepancies in accounts
• Overseeing the invoicing process, including issuing invoices via municipal platforms or NetSuite
• Managing accounts payable, maintaining close relationships with the accounting team, and
• Handling accounts receivable, including the collection process, issuing formal protests for overdue

🎯 Requirements

• Hold or is finishing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Are a fast learner with a proactive, dynamic, and self-directed approach.
• Have up to 2 years of experience in similar roles or are a new graduate eager to learn.
• Are detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Have a good understanding of how invoicing works, including processes through platforms like
• Understand taxation concepts, such as revenue-based tax calculations and tax types.
