📋 Description

• Playing a pivotal role in monthly revenue and commission close procedures, including preparing
• Collaborating with multiple departments to gather transaction information, investigate reconciling
• Managing account balances by reconciling, researching, and resolving discrepancies in accounts
• Overseeing the invoicing process, including issuing invoices via municipal platforms or NetSuite
• Managing accounts payable, maintaining close relationships with the accounting team, and
• Handling accounts receivable, including collections, issuing formal protests for overdue invoices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Management, or related field (or currently finishing)
• Fast learner with a proactive, dynamic, and self-directed approach
• Up to 2 years experience in similar roles or a new graduate eager to learn
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Good understanding of how invoicing works, including processes through platforms like municipal
• Understanding of taxation concepts (revenue-based tax calculations and tax types)
