📋 Description

• Support departmental heads with headcount management, monthly budgeting, forecasting, and actuals
• Own the source of truth for retention and churn forecasting models, partnering directly with

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Operations, or quantitative financial analysis roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for financial modeling
• Hands-on experience with modern FP&A platforms (specifically Pigment) and comfort using AI
• Solid understanding of core SaaS post-sales business metrics (e.g., NRR, GRR, Churn, ARR)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to interact effectively with business
• High adaptability and problem-solving skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced team with
