Financial Analyst - Technology

📋 Description

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes related to headcount, vendors, third-party hosting
• Develop and maintain accurate financial models, reports, forecasts, variance analyses, dashboards
• Monitor P&L performance, investigate significant variances, identify underlying drivers, and
• Partner with technology and cross-functional leaders to support cost optimization, business
• Build a strong understanding of technology business models, including cloud hosting, services, ACV
• Coordinate month-end activities and maintain an effective business-partnering cadence across

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or a comparable
• Demonstrated experience with operating expense planning, headcount management, forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create dynamic, scalable, and well-structured
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial
• Experience with financial planning and reporting platforms such as Adaptive Planning
• Practical experience using AI, automation, business intelligence, or analytics tools to improve
