Financial Analyst, Treasury

📋 Description

• Build robust reconciliation and safeguarding processes across global payments.
• Create cash position transparency and risk insights for senior leadership.
• Design and implement client-money controls and regulatory workflows.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to scale data and tooling.
• Drive standardisation and automation across Treasury and financial ops.
• Provide ad hoc support on banking, regulatory, product launches, liquidity projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related fields.
• 2+ years analytical experience in Financial Services/Fintech.
• Strong data analytics with end-to-end analysis and insights delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• SQL, R and Python; familiarity with Tableau/Looker/Data Studio (plus).
• Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment and take ownership.
