🎯 Requirements

3+ years of people leadership in TechOps
Hands-on tech depth: read/write code, diagnose integrations, query data
Operational leadership: reliability, incident command, SLOs
Experience managing tech partner/vendor relationships at leadership level
Strong written and verbal comms to technical and nontechnical audiences
Experience building or overseeing LLM-powered workflows in production
